When you use ChatFusion, we collect the following data: — Account data: email address, username, encrypted password. — Social login data: public identifiers (username, ID) from your Twitch, TikTok and YouTube accounts when you choose to connect them. — Technical data: IP address, browser type, active sessions. — Chat history: messages received via your streams, stored temporarily for session continuity.
Your data is used to: — Create and manage your ChatFusion account. — Enable connection to third-party platforms (Twitch, TikTok, YouTube) via OAuth. — Ensure the proper functioning of the chat-merging service. — Guarantee the security of your account (sessions, authentication).
Processing of your data is based on the performance of a contract (use of the service) and your explicit consent for connecting third-party platforms.
ChatFusion does not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with third parties in the following cases: — With third-party platforms (Twitch, TikTok, Google/YouTube) as part of the OAuth connections you initiate. — With our technical providers (hosting, database) as part of operating the service.
ChatFusion uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google/YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service ; processing of data obtained via Google complies with the Google Privacy Policy. Through the youtube.readonly (read-only) scope, we only access your YouTube channel's handle and name, for the sole purpose of linking your channel to your ChatFusion account and displaying your live chat. This data is not used for any other purpose, and is never sold or transferred for advertising purposes. ChatFusion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke ChatFusion's access to your Google data at any time from your Google account permissions.
ChatFusion uses TikTok Login Kit to enable login via TikTok. By connecting your account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service ; processing of the data obtained complies with the TikTok Privacy Policy. Through the user.info.basic (open id, avatar, display name — included automatically with Login Kit) and user.info.profile (username, profile link, bio, verified status) scopes, we only access this public profile information, for the sole purpose of creating/identifying your ChatFusion account and displaying your TikTok identity in your dashboard. This data is read-only: ChatFusion never posts, modifies, or performs any action on your TikTok account. It is never sold or transferred for advertising purposes. You can revoke ChatFusion's access to your TikTok account at any time from the TikTok app's privacy settings (connected accounts and apps).
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data: password encryption, HTTPS connections, securely stored OAuth tokens.
You have the following rights: — Right of access, rectification and erasure (account deletion available in settings). — Right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights: contact@chatfusion.fr
ChatFusion only uses technical cookies necessary for the service to function (authentication session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
